Richfield real estate market is slowly waking up from the long fall/winter slumber. Home owners whose homes are currently on the market are seeing slightly higher showing activity. Here is the summary of the MLS data for February 2008:

Currently available for sale: 193 homes up from 166 last month change: +16%

Homes listed during the month of February: 70 homes up from 50, change: +40%

Pending transactions during the month of February: 23 homes up from 12, change: +92%

Home sales closed in February: 15 homes down from 20, change: -25%

Market Temperature: Wether thermometer

One home was listed, sold and closed within the month of February (it stayed on the market for 17 days). Four other homes sold in less than 30 days:

7 days - list price $284,900

11 days - list price $194,900

20 days - list price $209,000

22 days - list price $194,900
