Available inventory in Shoreview-Arden Hills continues to trend downward, with sales continuing to remain fairly consistent throughout the summer months, averaging roughly 25-30 sales per month. Prices are down about 3% from last summer, and with reports indicating that 30yr fixed mortgage rates fell slightly again this past week, Buyers are still in a favorable position to be looking for that new home.
