Zimmerman, MN Market Update

Here are some quick states on what is happening on homes listed in Zimmerman, MN.

Currently there are 182 active listings. Of those listings there are 80 listings that are under $200,000. The scary news for sellers of a higher priced home is that right now there are 19 sales pending and 18 of those are on houses that are under $200,000. That means anything over $200K is not moving in Zimmerman. There was 17 closed sales in the last 30 days. Of those sales 13 were under $200,000.

Look at it the other way though if you are a buyer its a great time to try to get a steal on a home over $200,000 in Zimmerman. There are some nice homes available and many of those homes are on acreage. Its a great time to buy!
