This home for sale is in Morningside Park, one of Brooksiders' favorite neighborhoods. It is only 3 blocks from the Harry Wiggins Trolley Track Trail and about a half mile from Cosentino's Brookside Market grocery store. Nearby schools include St. Teresa's Academy, St. Peter's, Border Star Montessori, UMKC and Rockhurst University.
