First Fridays in Kansas City are always full of music, art, wine & socializing. This friday, remember to check the art galleries downtown in the Crossroads Art District. The weather is perfect for strolling from one gallery to another sampling wine, enjoying art, and meeting people.

And don't forget that this is the weekend of Irish Fest! KC Irish Fest runs from Friday through Sunday. The Elders, Pogey, Scythian, and Eddie Delahunt are just a few of the bands that will play on one of two stages. The O'Riada Academy of Irish Dancers will also perform. Activities for children will keep the wee ones entertained and involved so that the whole family can enjoy the day. Plenty of food and drink vendors will be there from across the country.
