Can you believe this we are already in the 4^th quarter of 2009. Where has this year gone? Depending on your local market real estate sales may have been down or they quite possibly have been up. Either way this year has been interesting. And there are only three months left in this year.

Stop and think about what is to come...............In just a couple of weeks we will be hearing a knock on our door and then the voices on the other side of the door say something like "Trick or Treat".

Then before that is all over the decorations in the store will be up for Thanksgiving. Folks will be cooking Turkey and dressing and all of the fixin's. The family will be over or you will be going over to their home. Don't forget your camera and your favorite dish.

Before Thanksgiving is over and out of the way we will be seeing evidence of the next TIME OUT. You know, that jolly little elf Santa Claus will be making his appearance. Got your shopping done yet? If not better start and not wait until the last minute, you have been warned.
