According to the local MLS statistics, single family homes sales in Stone County MO last month more than doubled with a total of 7 single family homes closing escrow. The highest priced one sold for $402,500 and the lowest priced one sold for $113,000. That gave us a median price of $160,000 which is an improvement as well. That is better than the news we expected for the Stone County and the Table Rock Lake area Real Estate Market. So really, if you are thinking about buying a home here, you have great timing!

Condo sales slowed with only 5 condos sold in January, a slow start to this year. The highest price was $367,750 and the lowest was $63,000. The median price was about $150,000-which is the only good news for the Stone County Condo Market.

Real Estate Market information is local and there is good financing available at great rates for buyers with qualified credit. For owners this is great news and a good price is now possible on your home or other investment property.
