Progress On Project 76 The Final Week

Our renovation at 9808 E. 76th Tr is almost complete. From the looks of things our crews should be done with the house early this week. I stopped by the property earlier today and was surprised once again by the size of this house. Pictures really can be deceiving. Some of you may remember that this was the house were me and my business partner Jason where interviewed by the Raytown Post a few weeks ago.

Living Room Raytown Vizionkc

This a picture of the the family room. As you can see the hardwood floors have already been refinished and the new tile work around the fireplace has been completed. This room is extremely spacious and has incredible natural light. This house really gives you that wow factor from the second you walk in the door.

Stairs.

Honestly when was the last time you saw a staircase layout like this. The formal dining is located off to the right of this picture. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the master suite are down the hall on the left.

Kitchen

We went with a lighter maple cabinet and a completely different back splash on this house than usual. I think it turned out great. We used the same solid surface granite in this house as we did in our recent Grandview, MO Renovation. The kitchen is an eat in and that back door walks out onto a large deck with a wrap-around bench.

Bathroom

This is the basement bathroom. I think the tile shower was a nice touch. We’ve never done one like this before.

Basement

This is the family room in the basement. Right behind me is a small little bar area which I forgot to take pictures of while I was out there. This room is huge. Like I said pictures really don’t do this house justice. The entire basement area is carped except for the bathroom. We used the same high grade carpet in this house as we used in the Grandview Renovation.

If everything works out as we’ve planned this home should hit the market by Friday.
