In February of this year I joined forces with Melody Schaefer, a realtor of 16 years, and we have become, The Safari Team...Guides Through The Real Estate Jungle. We also added Sharon Larsen, a professional home stager, to our team. We sell mostly residential properties and town homes. Its great to have Sharon with us to be the objective voice to sellers about their homes and how to improve them.
The great thing about being a team instead of an individual salesperson is sharing the responsibility and having someone as back-up. Sellers and buyers benefit from the team approach as well. They get two realtors for the price of one. We have a wonderful broker who moved us into this great office and we can brain storm, create marketing plans, list and sell, and succeed!
