Springfield Missouri Real Estate News - Homebuyer's Tax Credit Extended and Expanded!

Heads up Springfield Misouri home buyers and sellers! The 1st time homeowners tax credit extension was signed into law this week and was extended to April 30, 2010. It was also expanded to include other homeowners too. To qualify for the new $6500 credit, you must have lived in the home for 5 of the last 8 years.
