It seems that everytime Ole Miss has a winning season, the housing market in Oxford starts to stir. This year, the trend has been no different! It is encouraging for the people of Oxford trying to sell their homes and condos because this market will pick up towards spring and as I have mentioned in an earlier post that we are only 5 sold units behind the mark compared to last Janury 2008.
The last time that we experience such a great boom in the Oxford economy was during the Eli and Bill Flowers era. Now that we are in the Nutt era, we are experiencing something very close to what we had when Eli and Bill Flowers were playing here.
