Ross Pointe Farms is a popular Southaven MS neighborhood, especially for first time homebuyers and empty-nesters. This subdivision is divided into 2 sections.

The larger section consists of 2 and 3 bedroom homes of approximately 1,100 to 1,440 sqare feet. Some of these homes have attached garages while many have uncovered parking pads. These Ross Pointe Farms homes are zero-lot size for minimal yard maintenance.

There is a small section at the northwest entrance of the neighborhood that consists of 3 and 4 bedroom homes that go up to 1,600 square feet. Homes in this section were all built with double garages and are on larger lots.

Ross Pointe Farms is located just off of Church Rd. between I-55 and Highway 51. This Southaven MS neighborhood is next to the Desoto Campus of the Northwest MS Community College.

Northwest MS Community College (NWCC) has a 2+2 program with The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) so that students can more easily obtain their degree - sometimes without having to travel to the Ole Miss campus in Oxford. NWCC-Desoto is not your ordinary college campus. Most of the students have full-time jobs and are looking to complete their degree.

Southaven MS is considered by many to be a suburb of Memphis TN. The current population is estimated to be around 44,000, making it one of the largest cities in Mississippi. In just 20 years, the population of Southaven MS has tripled.

The location of Ross Pointe Farms in Southaven MS is excellent, providing convenience to the interstate, restaurants, shopping and area attractions. It continues to remain a very popular subdivsion. Every time I am out showing homes at Ross Pointe, I get stopped by someone who wants information on homes for sale there.
