Missoulians love their pets and there are many places that are pet friendly in Missoula.
Missoula and its surrounding areas have abundant recreational opportunities for you and your pet, including 2 dog parks - Jacob's Island and Fort Missoula's Canine Campus where you can let your pooch run without a leash. There are many other great places to walk your dog in Missoula, but you must comply with the city's leash laws. Our favorite places in the city limits are the Clark Fork River Walking Trail and the Kim Williams Trail. For a really good workout with your dog, you could also Hike the "M" trail on Mount Sentinel.

I have really been quite impressed by your localism posts and it is one of the reasons why I subscribed to your blog. I wonder, have you tried using Digg or Stumble It to get the word out to local consumers about your localism posts?
Thanks Rebecca. We haven't tried using either of those with ActiveRain. We did try to set up Digg on our website blog -www.yourmt.com/blog but couldn't get it to work. Apparently there are some problems with adding Digg to a Wordpress blog. I think it can be done but haven't figured it out yet. We're new to blogging so we appreciate the feedback. Thank you!
I think it would be definitely worth some investigation. Also I would see if you have some local retailers, vendors, etc. that would want to feed your blog. I would really promote your localism everywhere you can on the web for your area, you guys do a great job.
