ERA Landmark’s Denise Andres, Noted Speaker at International Conference

Denise Andres was one of four sales associates nationwide asked to speak at the agent panel "Outside the Box" during the 2009 ERA International Business Conference in San Antonio, Texas. She presented to over 100 attendees on techniques she employed to grow and sustain her real estate business in 2008.

Her outstanding sales success has ranked her 20th in the nation in total closed sales volume for 2008. The ERA network includes more than 33,000 brokers and sales associates and approximately 2,800 offices throughout the United States and 50 other countries and territories. Andres, a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, is highly educated in strategies for successful marketing. Andres was also one of three finalists for the Sapphire Award, recognizing accomplishments in the high end, luxury home market through the ERA International Collection. As a Sales Associate with ERA Landmark for 11 years, Denise has earned many distinguished awards including the ERA National Leaders' Circle each consecutive year since 1999, "1st in Customer Satisfaction" national awards from ERA Franchise System, and Gallatin Association of REALTORS® Salesperson of the Year 2001. Andres also holds the ABR, CRS and GRI designations, which provide her with the best sales tools in the industry.
