This year will be one of our "good " years! I am looking forward to the loosening in the market and the fun of selling selling selling!.

I believe we are seeing more activity -- even here in the small northern Montana Towns that I service. Winter is typically-- Slow -- This year summer was slow. We are actually a bit busier than our fair weather summer. I hear rumblings that the larger markets are beginning to move. So I figure by spring and then summer we should ALL be buzzing.
