HERE IN MONTANA, we tend to be seasonal- and it is now SUMMER! As I say this , I do know those ski enthusiast saying " we want SNOW". But truthfully- more real estate is sold during the beautifulmoderate days of summer. Access to the many alpine lakes, and wonderful rides or hikes make a person say-- LET"S JUST MOVE THERE!-- good idea.
