Okay so now I get my first taste of what it is like to be a Vendor, not a Realtor. This should be interesting, I am super pumped, but have no great expectations. One of the girls from my office is showing my house on Thursday. They already have one they like, mine is just an add-on just in case kind of thing. I have had a couple email inquiries and a few calls.. Yippee!!
As long as the feedback isn't too negative, I will be okay. I will be okay. I will be okay..haha.
With my other hat on, I have noticed the market picking up in the last few days, must be the melting of the snow at long last. I think I am due a sale and am hoping for a busy weekend.

I have been a Realtor for 17 years, and love it! I love the feeling of accomplishment when I sell a vendors home, and find a home for that special buyer. Its Great!!!
