In the past decade unit sales reflected the Moncton area's emergence as the dominant real estate market in New Brunswick.
Real estate sales activity in the Moncton market surpassed both Saint John and Fredericton every year in the past decade except 2000, the last time Saint John edged out Moncton for the top spot.
As the decade closes it is worth noting that the Moncton real estate market has placed an exclamation point in December 2009 - unit sales and dollar volume reported to the Moncton real estate board set an all time record for any December.
For 2010 the real estate market in Southeast New Brunswick is looking marvelous, simply marvelous.
