This public web site allows consumers to search for properties currently listed for sale by cooperating REALTORS^® across Canada and placed on the Multiple Listing Service® of their respective real estate boards. The search results are displayed in a summary format. If a consumer wishes more information, clicking on a specific property gives a Property Detail Feature Sheet. An individual advertisement is available for every active listing and advertisements on www.realtor.ca are updated every business day by the REALTOR^® member's local real estate board.

www.realtor.ca also provides REALTORS^® with statistics on the number of their Property Detail Feature Sheets displayed to users of the public web site.
