Moncton gets an A- for Best Deals in Real Estate from MoneySense Magazine

The word is getting around about our corner of Atlantic Canada. The Moncton area was awarded one of only two A's in all of Canada for Best Deals in Real Estate.

Housing in the Metro Moncton market (Moncton - Dieppe - Riverview) is indeed affordable. People are moving here from far and near for affordable housing and the quality of life.

New housing sales make up 25% (that's one in four) of all residential MLS® sales. The average sale price in the Metro Moncton market is running around the $170,000 mark so far this year.
