OPEN FOR BUSINESS! I have been a professional Realtor for the past nine years of my career. Many of you know that I went into real estate right after I was removed from Corporate America due to 9/11 incident. I have never regretted my decision to go into real estate. It truly is the last American business where it is all you. If I fail, then the blame is on my shoulders. However, I have been very successful throughout the years. Why? I believe it is because of two reasons

I entered the Phoenix real estate market right before the boom as prices were steadily increasing day by day. It was a crazy market. Homes were sold as soon as the FOR SALE sign hit the front yard. Multiple counter offers that were extremely overpriced in my opinion. However, we played that game. Then, everything crashed and many Realtors were doing a mass exodus back to Corporate America because it was tougher to make living.

Well, I do not like to quit. Furthermore, I am always looking twelve months out when it comes to real estate. I knew prices were coming down and real estate investors were going to buy and hold residential homes for future values. So, I positioned myself as an expert in this field. Now, I offer property management to my real estate investors. I have created a truly one stop shop for in and out of state real estate investors. Why? This is what today's real estate investors want to make their lives easier when it comes to real estate investing.

I just wanted to share my experiences when it comes to catering to Phoenix real estate investors.
