Apex Is Hot....Enter Bella Casa

Everyone in Wake County or wanting to move to Wake County knows Apex is the small, but growing community that has all the Realtors on their toes. For good reason, it is close to the "big" city Raleigh, yet has that small town feel...just take a walk down Salem Street and peek in one of the many Antique stores or stop at the soda shoppe and get an orangeaide....I strongly recommend. But in most small, but growing towns you have families that live in the nicest neighborhood the town has to offer, but then the family starts getting bigger and it's time to move up. Until this year, there was nowhere to move up to....enter Bella Casa.

Bella Casa is the place to live if you have outgrown your 2,500 square foot house and want to stay in town and have the room for your family to continue growing. Nestled in the woods off Apex Barbecue Road, this subdivision gives you easy access to HWY 64 and US1, which of course connects you to wherever you want to go in the Triangle. The current phase has 28 lots that average a half acre and homes starting around 3,000 square feet with three to four bedrooms. Prices start around $550-$600K and well worth it for what you get.

The spotlight today goes to builder Rick Helton, who has at least three homes under construction in the neighborhood. Mr. Helton has been building homes for years and has won eight gold awards, ten silver and 3 bronze in the Parade of Homes. Parade of Homes has also awarded him 10 perfect scores.....this is good!

Bottom line, Bella Casa has it all for those who are already Apex residents and those who would like to be. As the Triangle area and families continue to grow , we are all appreciative of neighborhoods like Bella Casa to come to the rescue with a premiere neighborhood for living at it's best. I love what I do, and I hope to help you soon.
