Apex, North Carolina Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration

Every 4th of July, the award winning town of Apex, North Carolina hosts their annual Olde Fashioned 4th of July Celebration.

This year will be no exception as many events are planned to make this year's celebration even better!

The day's events, which run from 9AM until 1PM, will be held right in the heart of town, on Salem Street, include the"Parade of Wheels", starring Uncle Sam and children from Apex and beyond! Live music will fill the air and there will be lots of carnival games, rides, a climbing wall and a giant slide. Clowns and jugglers will also be on hand to provide some of the day's entertainment.

At noon, when it's time to cool off, the Apex Fire Department will lead the way with, what is certain to put smiles on everyone's faces, the Splash Down!

And don't forget to head on over to the Koka Booth Amphitheatre, just a few miles away in Cary, as the sun begins to go set to watch the fireworks show. Gates open at 3 and there is a full schedule of events planned. Lawn seating is FREE!
