Apex, North Carolina, May 23, 2008.
Apex home sales for April of 2008 exceeded those in April of 2007. Median sales price is up $26,000, the number of homes put under contract is higher. What is going on, everything I have read has said this is not possible. Days on the market is up to 72 but it was 73 in April of 2007.
Bottom line the home market in Apex is outstanding, just as Forbes Magazine said last week the whole Raleigh Market is a great sellers market.
