Scotts Mill in Apex is a fantastic place to live. A very progressive live/work development 20 minutes from RTP, 27 minutes from RDU International and 25 minutes to downtown Raleigh. Less than five minutes away is Beaver Creek with a Super Target, Lowes, Dicks Sporting Goods, many restaurants. The Tobacco Train is three miles south.

Truly an amazing spot. With many more features than I mentioned. The only problem is that most of the homes cap out around 2400 sq ft. Not really a problem as these homes have increased in value a great deal because of location, amenities and style.

300 Hickory Bottom Court is the exception, this 3100 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and a finished attic perfect for an office, entertainment room, or guest room.
