How do you combine your insights with other buying decisions...the obvious categorizing, comparing, and measuring involved in making those buying decisions when creating a Home on the Land? And is your sense of the LAND, itself...(how it speaks to you)...something to which you refer? As I said in Part 1, this question : “What’s your visceral response to this land... the potential for YOU falling in love with this LAND...and for the best use of this property ?” is one my clients ask ....

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if all parties involved in a real property transaction paid attention to the initial/visceral response and their insights. Could everyone be scouting out all-inclusive best use solutions, ( both, all, and side-by-side..) ? Possibly so...

If you were looking for panoramic from north-northwest, west, south to east-southeast, privacy, convenience and desirable southern exposure a paved interior road and underground electric to top of the viewshed, you might (depending on your insights and other factors) an eco-friendly developer or home -builder fall in love with this property. On the other hand, an organic farmer or rancher, or the seeker of an equestrian estate might prefer the more rolling land with very gentle sites of the other... In either case, the "welcoming factor" may come into play...
