Congratulations Asheville! Luxury Home market sales.

Asheville’s luxury home real estate is still moving up.

Asheville had fourteen homes sell in the $400,000-$499,999 range in the month of January (only 6 closed in this price range the previous month).

We also had three homes sell that were priced over a $1,000,000. There wasn't much difference in the number of days on the market. The over a million group had an
average days on the market at 203 and the $400,000 to $499,999 had an
average days on market at 195.

It is interesting to know they were so close.
