Did you know it pays to work with a Realtor?

Did you know that it pays to work with a Realtor? Here is a report that not only justifies why to use a Realtor but gives you the statistics as to what the buyers and sellers thought of their agents. As I have said before "Not all agents are equal". So when choosing your next Realtor be sure and give thought to whom, why and what realtor you should choose. The below information is from the Realtor association and there is allot of truth to the findings.

When choosing your Realtor for the Transylvania (Brevard and surrounding areas), Hendersonville, Asheville NC, and Sapphire areas, ask yourself if experience counts, do designations that Realtors work hard to achieve count, which is the right company, is the agent a full, part time agent that will guarantee they will work for your best interests and keep confidential information just that, confidential! Please feel free to call Jayor Jewell Kaise, even if its just for advice at any time 828-421-0375 or email me at Jay@HomeInBrevard.com for your next market evaluation, or jsut a down to earth talk about your best interests not mine, as well as making sure we are a match for each other. Interesting but I often look at the Real Estate as a marriage and my customers and I form a relationship that is much like a marriage. Last thing we want is a divorce so starting out with the research necessary in the beginning, will help you through the entire process.

Now for the article and an actual brochure that most agents can provide at a moment's notice:

The 2009 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers provides research results on the experiences home buyers and sellers had when purchasing or selling their home. The majority of the respondents used a REALTOR® (a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®). Here's what they had to say:

Home Sellers

• Sellers reported that an agent's reputation was the most important factor in their selection process.

• Nearly three-fifths of sellers report that they would "definitely" use the same real estate agent again.
