Listing appointment tonight.

I had such a great time going on a listing appointment with a friend of mine tonight. She and I teamed up because she know the area where she lives better that I do. Therefore, I asked her to show the properties in her community and then she and I would list their house in the other community since I know it better. Sometimes two heads are better than one, and I think I know when that is.
