9:30 - 11 am - Kick Off Activities on The Lawn of Weaver Street Market 9:30 - Music by Tim Stambaugh and Friends 10:00 am - Design Booths are open for Patriotic Tattoos, Hat Making and Bike & Wagon Decorating 10-10:30 am - Patriotic Costume Contest (Must register by 10:30 am) Categories: 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, Family/Group, Bike, Trike/Wagon, Scooter/Other 10:45 am - Costume Winners Announced ~ 10:50 am - Parade Assembly
