We have one Del Webb community in Georgetown. I would assume homes would sell like Hot Cakes in this one in North Carolina!
Danny - The Pulte Del Webb product is very well thought out. They have really done their homework.
Yes Patricia - it's in a central Triangle location and just 50 minutes from Golf Haven! This Del Webb does not have a golf course so it's a bit different from the other communities.
Nice post for localism. Pulte has great floor plans. Good luck.
Wow! This is my highest # of views post! 5,000 views in total! Pretty exciting and goes to show that the Triangle does have a lot of Active 55+ moving to the area!
Hi Tracy. I specialize in Del Webb's Sun City Grand community (among others) in Arizona. I had heard North Carolina had nice active adult communities too. Don't know if I'll ever get to see them in person though. I'd love to see if they have the same feel as all of our active adult communities do.
Kathy-
I've heard all about Sun City - I visited w/my cousin too. It's similar but differnt. No golf course, just proximity to the Airport, amenities, golf courses, culture, etc. And priced reasonable..........but going up!
It is unfortunate that Del Webb advertises this development as being in Wake County. Actually, it is in Chatham County. This has implications regarding property taxes, voting places, access to libraries, and use of Wake County recreational facilities, among other things.
Some of the homes actually are in Wake County(not many, but some). I sold one of them, from Phase I, in April.
It's always nice to know that the right marketing and exposure will lead to over 5500 readers on one post!
Carolina Preserve has sold over 700 homes in this community in 2 years and have families in over 500 homes!
