Impact design hit a homerun with the original Highcroft Subdivision and seems to be following it up with another consumer favorite, Highcroft Village.
Located "next door" to the original on Green Hope School Road in 55 the location is amazing only minutes from the new 540/55 interchange you can get to RTP, Brier Creek or North Raleigh very quickly.
The layout of the development was outstanding with higher density in the front and larger cul de sac lots in the back.
With the home designs being built even the higher density homes live very well, and you do not fell as though you are on top of your neighbor because most of these lots currently back up to nature.
The home designs and price stay in line with the original highcroft. Prices for currently listed spec homes in Highcroft Village start at $429,900 for 2600 sq feet and 4 baths, 4 bedrooms.

This home is currently on the market for $459,992, it features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
There are currently 19 active specs available with an average price of $463,971 or $152 a sq ft.
The seven closed homes show an average sales price of $466,155 of $151.26 a sq ft.
The five homes currently under contract show an average sales price of $589,674 or $155 a sq ft.
Great homes, great locations. There may be some better values in the original Highcroft if a a previously occupied home meets your needs, if not these new builds are fantastic.
