Tracy, I'm not familiar with either Sunstar or 1st American Homes. What type of homes do they build? Lower end price, medium, or higher end Priced homes?

Sunstar was a local builder in the Cary area. The homes were on the lower end but the quality was outstanding. After they sold out they were resold again. The quality isn't quite what it used to be but 1st American does a good job. Not a lot of custom upgrades, though.
