Waverly Place in Cary is Really Getting a Facelift!

Back in 2007 I wrote Waverly Place in Cary, NC will get a Facelift.

With the slowdown in the real estate market the project didn't quite launch as quickly as expected. Thanks to RP Realty of Beverly Hills, California this project has been revived and the re-development is proceeding.

Waverly Place official groundbreaking took place on 9/24th seems to be turning and the bulldozers are abound at this long awaited revitalized shopping destination. The new Waverly Place will be the areas signature shopping and dining destination similar to North Hills in Raleigh. There will be shops, restaurants and retail along with an open-air Promenade and over an acre of entertainment and green space.
