I recently wrote in my blog about a well kept secret in the Triangle Gated Communities. I'm trying to get the word out across the country that the Triangle also has gated communities. We don't have a lot of them but the communities that are available are the best in the country!!!
The community I'm writing about today is incredibly unique. It has an incredible amount of amenities and is geared toward the environmentally conscientious. The waterfall at the entrance is the largest on record in the US!! Most of the retirees moving from Florida are looking for lower taxes and better insurance rates in addition to a community that has plenty of amenties for their family. This community has it all in North Carolina, especially in this luxury community called the Legacy at Jordan Lake.
This community is special in that The Legacy at Jordan Lake-A 628 Acre Gated Community adjacent to The
Preserve, a luxury golf community in the area. Beside that point, the top Custom Builders in the area are investing in this area. Buyers have five years to build with a custom builder of their choice(from the Developers list of builders). The Developer of the community is moving to the neighborhood and rumor has it that his wife really likes the finer treatments in life. The planned spa will the best in the area!!! Extra ammenities include an indoor fitness pool, tennis courts, hiking trails and easy access to all the water activities of Jordan Lake.
There are approximately 10 homes ranging in price from $879k to $1.7M that will be available in October by the areas top custom home builders. Visit my website or Email me at Tracy@TracySantrock.com for more information.

I'm sure this will be a great community based on all the others you have written about. Seems that everything there is higher end community's!
Hi Danny,
We have a shortage of inventory less than $300k and an over supply above the $700k range. There are so many new construction choices today. However, in about 18 months we will be out of land in Cary/N. Raleigh so now's the time to buy before it's too late!
Tracy,
You are right about the out of land. I cannot believe Cary, I moved here in 1993 and I first lived in Cary it is not what it was and you are so right. The prices are only going to go up from here and you best get in now if you want part of it. Good job.
Susan,
Great comment...........Glad we are on the same page...
Where did you move from in 1993? I moved here in 1991..
And, yes, Cary is a lot different than the early '90s..no grocery stores, two lane roads...We can thank Jim Goodnight for the changes...................
