The 708 Available homes for sale in South Charlotte NC (HIGHER by 2 listings than last month) are priced from $64,900 to $5.999 million with an average list price of $635,829.

In the past six months, there have been 591 successfully Closed area real estate listings with an average SALES price of $377,846.

The Available homes for sale are the biggest piece of real estate activity in the south Charlotte area right now but the amount of Under Contract activity has recently increased (indication of upcoming sales activity).

The supply of homes for sale edged UP just slightly to 7.2 months of real estate inventory as of February 2012.

The area's current supply of real estate inventory is just above balanced conditions and the increase was due to a slower recent sales pace NOT any significant increase in Available homes for sale.

The supply of homes for sale in south Charlotte NC is LOWER than it was at this time last year.
