I've been asking this question for ages. I'm interested to learn about individual perceptions. What causes a consumer to choose a company vs. a representative?

I'm always perplexed when I don't hear descriptive words from consumers indicating what characteristics are most important.

In my business, I search for and affiliate with partners exuding some of the most important character traits to me-integrity, honesty and accountability.

I enjoy those who share my passion in the highest level of service, to ensure my clients achieve their real estate investment goals.

So, what's important to you? Your ability to trust in the information you're receiving or the size of the company? The accountability and skill level of the representative or the name of the organization? The perseverance and marketing skills of the realtor or the agent randomly selected for you by a real estate company?
