Hello all my fellow REALTORS

My name is Dante LaTerra, and I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2004. I work with my parents who are Custom Home Builders here in lovely Charlotte NC! I am originally from Connecticut and I have been loving the weather down here in Charlotte! who can beat 70 degrees in February:)

My niche is designing custom home's for my parents customer's and I use my license as a means to an end to serve them and YOU! Having my Real Estate License gives me the opportunity to share info about what's happening in the market with my parents, and it also helps me to network and connect with other REALTORS. The beautiful thing is that if we do a deal then you get the commission, I just work for my parents, and that can be very beneficial to you!

Also, if you have a customer who is considering building a brand new custom home then we can help you. This means an unlimited selection of designer features for their new home and ultimately a more satisfied customer. Then we will pay you a full commission on the cost to build their home including all upgrades!
