Stone Creek Ranch is a beautiful 448-acre master planned neighborhood conveniently located off Rea Road in South Charlotte. The site is close to Providence Road and is bordered by I-485 to the north, Charlotte Golf Links to the east, Tom Short Road to the west and Ardrey Kell Road to the south. Approximately 956 homes are planned for the initial phases of the community. Centex plans to develop the community in phases and complete it over a five to seven year period.

There is plenty to do in this area of South Charlotte. Ballantyne, Stonecrest and Blankney, among others, are nearby with a wide selection of theatres, restaurants, and shopping.
