Iron wood new community

Granville county will soon have another new community that homes will be sold for the $350s and up. This new community will open sometime this fall. Talk has been October, 2007.

This community will be a Denmark built. You will be able to have presales. The land is not all flat farm land. There are trees on this land.

So far 4 site are being built and the project completion date is around the Janurary 2008 or later.

The new growth is needed for our growing area.

This location is a good location. It is just off of US 1 and Hwy 96. The access to hwy 98 and into Raleigh is a quick 10 mintues. You are close to shopping in the Wake Forest community that is booming with new business. The restraunts are booming all over the place in Wake Forest. It is allowing the locals to stay in the area to help the area business boom.
