Tessa is a self proclaimed "Marine Brat and Navy wife", with her husband doing multiple deployments, she is a strong willed, determined woman who knows how to get things done. She is also involved in the Cleveland elementary PTA, Cleveland Middle school PTSO, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America.
