Kirkwood Neighborhood Market Report for January 2011 in Greensboro, NC

Kirkwood is a wonderful little bedroom community that is always in very high demand. Homes that are priced right do not last long. I have had a number of buyer clients that have bought homes here. Kirkwood has it's own Fourth of July parade and they have neighborhood get togethers and it mostly made up of young professional couples with some older residents. Most of the homes are older but have been completely renovated. Many have gone so far as to have walls removed and additions built on to the homes to give you plenty of space. A very peaceful place to call home in the middle of Greensboro.
