Weather is wreaking havoc for many sellers!

At first, I thought is was just my imagination, but the TV news confirmed it this morning. We have had an abnormal amount of severe weather so far this spring.

In our area, we have been spared the tornadoes, but heavy winds, lightning and hail have caused quite a bit of damage. Power outages as a result, have only made things worse.

For many homeowners trying to sell their homes, it has been a real problem. Trees and branches down have made a mess everywhere. The cost of removing these trees can be quite high. The aesthetic aspect can be pretty bad as well.

Also many roofs have been damaged, as well as debris flying through the air and causing damage.

So, here I sit, ready to go to an open hous,e with high winds, heavy rain, lightning and possible hail predicted. Here we go again.
