The Kingsbridge on Queens Creek HOA held its second annual Block Party on Saturday. I don't live in this Hubert NC subdivision but I had the privilege of selling homes to some of the families and they invited me to their party.

Good food, fellowship with neighbors and entertainment for the kids!

If you are relocating to Camp LeJeune, New River Air Station or the Naval Hospital at Camp LeJeune, you will want to take a look at this community of friendly and caring people. It's a wonderful place to live and raise a family and it is a very short drive (about 12 minutes) to the back gate of Camp LeJeune Marine Base. In addition the schools, shopping and restaurants are only about 10 minutes from the neighborhood.

Cynthia,
It looks like a wonderful event. Parties like this bring neighbors together.
Cynthia, great way to connect with friends and neighbors! We have a couple of events every year in my neighborhood sponsored my the MUD board that are always fun and a great way to see folks!
Cynthia, isn't it fun when your clients think of you as a friend as well as their real estate agent?
What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!
How fun...my kids would love it as well!
Hi Cynthia, looks like you had beautiful weather and a great turn out. Nice post.
What a wonderful compliment - to be invited to the resident's party! Just goes to show you what treating people well can foster.
Marzena,
Yes it does and that is a good thing! I believe it helps keep neighborhood safer.
Russell,
I see more and more neighborhoods having events like this---why the trend, do you think?
It is fantastic to see this. I love when neighbors are actually neighbors instead of the people who live down the street that I don't know.
Cynthia, what a great idea! I think our neighborhood formerly did this type of thing....;-)
Pat,
It certainly is and I am very honored that some of my best friends are also clients. Thanks.
Barbara,
Relaxing, fun and great food. Does it get any better?
Larry,
They certainly would and there was a dunking machine--darn it, those pictures did not come out!
Hi Gary,
The weather was perfect! There was some concern earlier in the morning when there were thunder storms in the area but they passed.
Carol,
I agree--what goes around comes around. Good and bad! :-)
Sounds like it was great fun and a wonderful thank you from your clients!
That's great. Hope you got to meet more potential clients that will end up being new friends. Have a great and safe Memorial Day Weekend. Great post.
