Hubert/Swansboro NC Market Report

The single family housing market in the Hubert/Swansboro, North Carolina area is still struggling but we are seeing signficant improvment in so areas. As you can see from the chart below the number of days on the market decreased by almost 50% in Jan., Feb., and March 2009 when compared to Oct., Nov., and Dec. of 2008.

There was a slight increase in the list price to sales price ratio but the average sales price decreased as did the number of units sold during the first quarter.

The market there in some ways looks to be improving.  As you have said now is the time to purchase a new home and buyers should not be waiting.
