Summer home sales in the Huntersville, NC area have been somewhat slow, but a few neighborhoods continue to stay strong.
There have been over 30 closings for Birkdale, MacAulay, Stephens Grove and Gilead Ridge just in the months of June and July. I also believe there will be a "flurry"of activity in the coming weeks just because people are looking to get in before the start of school.
I would highly recommend any of the above neighborhoods, as well as some others, for anyone moving to the area. Check out links below to view all homes for sale in those subdivisions.
