Meetings with realtors are much more fun when they are held at The North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville. Spiders, frogs and beautiful flowers were all within a stone’s throw of our meeting room. Thankfully there weren't any spiders IN the meeting room.
“The Arboretum’s 434 acres of natural beauty provides ample opportunities for all ages to connect with nature and learn how plants are important to our world. Visitors from across the world enjoy exploring the Arboretum’s outdoor exhibits such as art installations and 65 acres of cultivated gardens, including one of the finest, most unique bonsai collections in the United States.”
The Carolinas Dahlia Society is holding it’s Annual show at the Arboretum this weekend (September 12 and 13), and there are many Exhibits, both inside and outside, as well as Educational opportunities at the Arboretum
On the drive back to Maggie Valley I-40, we were passed by quite a few vintage automobiles which were headed for a stop at Teague’s in Maggie Valley.
Wonder if they are in town for Thunder in the Smokies Fall Motorcycle Rally this weekend?
