It's another crisp, beautiful day in Maggie Valley and I've received several calls recently about what is going on in and around Haywood County during the new few weeks.

6. Horseback Riding at Cataloochee Ranch
7. Visit the Diamond K Dance Ranch
   
8. Ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad
9. Golf at the Maggie Valley Club
10. Drive to the Pisgah Inn on the Blue Ridge Parkway for dinner.
11. Go shopping in beautiful Downtown Waynesville
12. Visit Boyd’s Log Cabins and Tree Farm to pick out your Christmas tree (check dates).
13. Visit Maggie Mountaineer Crafts

Maggie’s Mountaineer Crafts on Soco road has a beautiful, pumpkin-filled display “In Memory of Popcorn Sutton, Legendary Maggie Valley Mountain Moonshiner.”
