Selling 7 homes per month with 282 on the market as of 06/02 equates to an absorption rate (i.e., inventory) in Maggie Valley of approximately 40 months. Lordy Susie, It looks as if you guys don't need another listing. Quit spraying buyer off to get rid on the dears that would be buying your inventory. What y'all need is a spray that will attract buyers like bees to honey. I guess that today's graphic sums it up - pitaya or pitiful - like your graphics! Cool!

Another nice presentation, as always. But you're right about your inventory. You've been saying that it's on the rise. You guys need some sales! =/
