Check Out the Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club
The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club is set amongst pines and hardwoods, right next to Jordan Lake.

This beautiful rolling golf course is surrounded by woods. The 18 hole golf course was named by Golf Week Magazine as "One of America's Top 40 Best New Courses" and also "One of America's Top 100 Residential Courses".

The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club is semi private golf club.
Also on the grounds is The Preserve at Jordan Lake, a golf course community with homes starting in the high $400s.
Even in early spring, the course is very pretty, and when the trees are fully leafed, the course is very private.
Facilities include a large clubhouse at the top of the hill, and The Grille at The Preserve, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a golf shop.
Fees vary depending on date and time, and range from $52-68 for prime tee times before 2pm.
For specials (and savings close to $20), reserve online.

Golf cart rental is included in the greens fees.
You'll be glad - the course can be quite steep! But the paths and roads are well laid out, and driving the golf cart is half the fun.
The Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club is a magnificent course, designed by
Love & Associates, along with Davis Love III.

You'll find the Preserve at Jordan Lake Golf Club by heading out from Apex or Raleigh and crossing Jordan Lake on Hwy 64, a very pretty drive. Take a right turn onto Big Woods Road just past Jordan Lake, then wind down the gently curving road for another two miles. See map below for complete directions. Or come south from Chapel Hill, just a short drive away.

Here's an example of the types of homes surrounding the golf course. There are a few lots still available - check out more information here.
Homebuyers can bring a plan and work with one of several custom builders, or choose from homes already under construction.
The Jordan Lake State Recreation area is practically within view, just two miles away.
There's plenty of shopping in nearby Apex and Chapel Hill.
The Preserve at Jordan Lake is very competitive with a few other Chatham County luxury communities, and had the fourth highest number of closings by community in Chatham County for 2007.
